We do not act as a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or financial advisor.

2. No Lending or Credit Decisions

First Choice Processing does not:

Make credit decisions

Approve or deny loans

Set loan terms, rates, or underwriting guidelines

Provide legal, tax, or financial advice

All loan decisions remain solely with the lender and/or broker.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

Submit documents in a timely manner

Review all lender conditions and disclosures

Maintain active communication during the loan process

You acknowledge that incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays or loan denial.

4. Turn Times & Performance

While we strive to provide efficient processing and timely updates, processing timelines depend on factors outside our control, including:

Borrower responsiveness

Lender underwriting speed

Third‑party vendors

Volume conditions

No guarantee of closing timelines or loan approval is expressed or implied.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement.

All payments are non‑refundable once work has begun.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client and borrower information as confidential and use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect sensitive data.

You agree not to share proprietary materials, templates, or processes provided by First Choice Processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, systems, text, branding, and materials are the property of First Choice Processing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

First Choice Processing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the preceding 30 days.

9. Indemnification
